Project "2025002" one Hydraulic Press. The scope of supply in present project refers to the manufacturing of one press for the treatment of superconductor coils, suitable to generate magnetic fields for the application in particle accelerators.

The engineering has been developed by CMV’s customer. The press consists essentially of a frame with hydraulic cylinders which act onto the surface of a sliding plateau, where the coil is first placed to enter the press onto a dedicated conveyor. The supply has included the execution of all the on-board systems for unit handling and the arrangement of load tests for final equipment acceptance by the end-user.

Project "2025067" one Winding Machine. The scope of supply in present project refers to the manufacturing of one winding machine for the formation of superconductor coils, which are suitable to generate magnetic fields for the application in the world of nuclear researches.

Project "2025072" and "2025167" for three Melting Furnaces. The scope of supply in present projects refers to the manufacturing of the furnaces for the melting of not- ferrous materials, they feature a tilting concept to allow rotation for scrap charging and liquid metal tapping.

Project "2025132" for one Stacker. The scope of supply in present project refers to the manufacturing of one complete stacker machine for the formation of bars bundle at the end of a hot rolling mill line. The engineering has been developed by CMV’s customer. The supply has included the execution of the on-board hydraulic and electrical systems for unit operation.

Project "2025141" for a Laminar Cooling Line. The scope of supply in present project refers to the manufacturing of the strip cooling section for a hot strip mill, where the whole structure and frames have been made of stainless steel on the basis of construction engineering provided by CMV’s customer. The supply has included the execution of the on-board hydraulic system and the complete water power units.
