Philip Shaw 'Pink Billy' Saignee 750ml Variety_IPA bright straw colour with aPhilip Shaw Pink Billy Saignee is made from the free run juice extracted from a sample of grapes collected across the vineyard's sorting table. The berries were selected on weight and colour. Merlot forms 50% of the blend while Shiraz and Cabernet Franc make up the balance equally. Pink Billy Saignee is light salmon pink in colour, with aromas of strong berry fruit characters. The flavour is creamy and soft with excellent texture married with subtle
