This is one of the finest Winstons that I have ever handled. The varnish is superb. Tips are mirrored. Features a nickel silver downlocking screw lock. Cigar grip appears to have been unhandled. Agate stripper. All sections are straight and this rod may have been at most lawn cast once or twice. Wrapped in tan silk with black accents. Medium fast action. Winston
