Macallan Ruby - 1824 Series balvenie Even by Bowmore’s high standardsMacallan's 1824 range, produced between 2012 and 2018, consisted of four releases Gold, Amber, Sienna and Ruby. This range has since been discontinued with only the Gold expression retained, transitioning to the entry level of the new Double Cask series. The top of Macallan's 1824 Series, aged in sherry casks and tinged a deep ruby red by the experience. The richest and deepest colour in the range, its appearance is entirely natural, having drawn the
