This reel was made exclusively for Sage by Hardy Brothers of England. This is the Sage equivalent of the Hardy St. John or JLH and Sage had them add a palming rim. Good used condition with some loss of finish on the frame edge in a few spots and some mounting marks on the foot, but the wear is cosmetic. No major defects and the reel functions perfectly.
