Zenú Braid Placemat and Coaster Set of 4 Family_Le Testament Silver details with Moon andThis intricate, hand woven placemat transports us in time to the creation of the sombrero vueltiao (Colombian Spanish for turned hat), inspiration that is the purest ancestral poetry. In the Caribbean region of Colombia the magic hands of the artisans of the Zen indigenous community weave stories with caa flecha, a locally grown cane. Stories that are embodied in a placemat that after a hand made braid, come to life at the Adriana Castro Atelier.
