2023 Honky Chateau Jacuzzi Blanc Single Vineyard Cool ‘mineral’ acidityYarra Valley, Victoria Forget everything you think you disliked about Sauvignon Blanc. If you like Jacuzzis then youll love this wine. Tastes like Pink grapefruit, Meyer lemon and lemongrass. Theres a ripe lemon pith texture, florals of acacia and refreshing acidity.
