The mechanism appears to involve both central nervous system effects (direct brain receptor activation) and peripheral effects (changes in metabolic hormones that communicate with the brain)
I dont know the answer to this, but I think right now, without having anybody being able to monitor this, I dont know how we get past just the influencer phase of people recommending this, because I dont know how were going to get there

Matt Williams: Yeah, its just going to depend upon each persons level of risk that they want to take as long as they know the risks and are comfortable with the risks, if theyre comfortable with those risks, and if theyre small and they want to use the drugs for diabetes or weight loss, at least theyre making an informed decision
