The grapes are harvested by hand. The wine matures for 12 months in wooden barrels and fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Beautiful, intense ruby red color. The nose reveals many complex aromas with notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. A full bodied body on the palate with good balance. Sweet and rich wine with fine tannins.
