70's Kelly Green Knit Formal Gown by Roger Milot For Fred Perlberg thunderbird indian - sheer bishop sleeves withKelly green knit formal gown from the 1970's. High scrunched neck with a yoked bodice, gathered to the draped waist. Sleeves are long and narrow with tiny open pleats. Skirt is long and a bit full. A fabric rose is pinned on to the waist with a long narrow swag that reaches to the hem. Bodice is completely lined while the skirt is not. Fabric is a polyester knit and the color is a true kelly green. Label is Roger Milot for Fred Perlberg. He took over
