Dress is made of soft lightweight cotton, delicate embroidery and has a back snap closures. Fabric is shear criss cross pattern. Condition Notes: There are 3 small holes on the dress, the largest is 1 8th of an inch. The collar ruffle needs to be sewn back on. See last photo. There is one spot. See second to last photo. Dress has not been washed. None of these issues
