80’s Black Cocktail Dress vintage sequin large Item~ Incredible heart ring withNot for the shy. the dress is all things 80s with it's EXTREME pouf sleeves! It was handmade in the 1980's for a runway show by a local Los Angeles, Californian designer. The fabric has a crisp, glossy black background with an all over geometric pattern in a contrasting velvet. The body of the dress is loose, A line and could be worn this way or belted. It flare at the bottom hemline thanks to the thick gathered panel (hits below the knees on most
