There are no tags beside the manufacturer, but I believe the top of the dress is a stretchy black wool jersey and the skirt is a striped taffeta acetate. The top has a boat neck and dolman short sleeves (there are no shoulder seams). The bodice has darts to shape nicely in front, but the back is the star attraction!
