90's Black and Blue Netted Derby Style Hat vintage Open front fastens with long90's black and blue church hat. Very structured with a solid black crown wrapped in a wide black grosgrain hatband which makes a large front bow. A thick black netting comes over the band and the royal blue short brim. It peeps just over the forehead rather than covering the entire face. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. Excellent condition showing no wear or age. No label but there is a body stamp which is Peachfelt, 100% Wool,
