I recommend cutting the skirt on the bias as well to keep the frock very slim looking. This pattern is for the more advanced sewer as instructions are very basic and lightly illustrated, they are not depicted in a step by step manner. 5 8" seams are given. Sizes: Fits 14 42 (32" to 42" bust, 26" to 34" waist, 35" to 43" hip).
