Cross over V neckline. Fitted waist band. Nice flowing skirt. Fabric: Nylon or synthetic chiffon, it is not silk. The skirt or lower part of the dress has a chartreuse green nylon under slip, also synthetic and it shows a tint of yellowish green through the white areas of the outer chiffon layer. The bodice does not have this same lining so the appearance of it
