No tags, but it could be Laura Ashley or at least it is "Laura Ashley inspired". Fabric is an indigo blue cotton with so may flowers: roses, carnations, sunflowers, mums and primroses in colors of: pink, light blue, green and yellow ocher. Round neck has large ecru lace collar. Bodice is slightly fitted with a drop waist that curves down in the center front
