70's Blue Belted Rovercoat with White Top Stitching by Arthur Jay ribbed jacket shown on size 8 dressFantastic 1970s trench coat by Arthur Jay! Made of an early Ultra Suede type fabric in navy blue with wide notched collar, tabs at wrist, pintuck pleats from the bust all the way down the front, and large gold metal dome shaped buttons. Lined with navy blue satin. Very flattering fit. Matching belt with gold metal buckle. Called a Rovercoat. Very good condition. Size 9 found on belt. Measurements Shoulder 15" Bust 36" Waist 32" Hip 42" Length 43" from
