80’s/90’s Cobalt Blue Sequined Blouse by Barbara Chodos For Michael Marcella prison denim but they are vintage1980s 90s sequined peplum style blouse by Barbara Chodo's for Michael Marcella Ltd. Peplum flare is made of a satiny black fabric. Has shoulder pads and a black bow detail to hide the snap closure. Several sequin strings are unraveling slightly.
