Id lean towards token decks being the stronger of the two as you arent limited to one trigger a turn, and cards like Third Path Iconoclast and Kykar, Wind's Fury could load this card down with counters

"Skill Drain" doesn't prevent the summoning of big bodies should the player already have a good hand, but wholly prevents the deck's main combo lines
