Theres a flash deck in Standard looming around with cards like Faerie Mastermind and Errant and Giada that can benefit from this card, not to mention Commander decks like Alela, Cunning Conqueror
Decks: Mayael, Naya Monsters, Wurm Tribal, Go-Wide Tokens Grade: C+ Wait, a blue instant spell that cost 14 mana
Not only does it untap your creatures AND lands (nice), but it also triggers on your own upkeep step: you can respond to that trigger by quickly tapping everything to play instant-speed effects, and then untap and play the rest of your turn normally
Instead, you get a spell that fails at being anti-offense and fails at being pro-defense pretty spectacularly
