Thats what I havent been able to understand since starting to collect, it seems PSA is valued higher, but doesnt give information on why they went with their grade whereas BGS shows the four criteria, seem to be harsher with grades and their cases look cooler

But aggro runs a lower curve and doesnt need as many lands, so they can afford to cut down to as low as 33% since theyll usually never play anything that costs more than three or four mana

Admittedly the Starlight Rare foil doesn't look as impressive on Carrie as it does on some of the other Photon Hypernova cards, but it still does an excellent job of making the card stand out
