This Lugia card in my opinion is the best card from the Genesis set, it is a basic, normal type Pokemon, with an hp of 90, it has a x2 weakness to Psychic type Pokemon but it does have a -30 resistance to fighting type Pokemon, and it has a somewhat high retreat cost of two colorless energy cards

11 rotation, making them feel significantly worse to play in the current meta

New product hits the table, packs get cracked, and the cards start moving fast

Note, that while technically more expensive, buying the four pack of boosters is still more cost effective as you ultimately save on delivery, and that would probably be my recommendation for anyone looking to pick up a few packs without any stress
