Description

This is pretty much an upgrade for every creature in the deck by setting the base power to 4/4, which will make them at minimum 5/5 with the counter

And I love that Psionic Pulse from Sapphire Dragon gives you another copy of Negate, and the Dragon side of the card is solid value for seven mana with a sizeable body and a good combat trigger

This doesnt work with damage dealt by permanents, so its notably worse than other damage modifiers

FromTheShire: Great nod to a Commander staple, and with the acceleration these decks are going to be packing 7 mana isn't even that much
