and the carving was painted in red

especially for the contrast between the brown leather glove and the black leather mitt to which it is sewn--which brings the construction of the whole thing into relief

Very good condition (and I do believe he always moved this slowly) with one tear to the fur on the underside around one front leg and a bit of wear on the underside of his feet
