Leonard Fly Rod 8' 2/2 #5/6 Granger / Wright & McGill A rare 8’ 3/2 #5A nice Leonard fly rod, 8' 2 piece, 2 tips built for a #5 or 6 line. Serial #1736. Clean varnish, no hook digs. Wrapped 326 red with an edge of black at the keeper and male ferrules. The serial number indicates a 1974 manufacture date. 3 up node pattern construction. 6" 12 cork blunt cigar grip. Aluminum downlocking screw lock seat with a butternut spacer and nickel silver pocket cap stamped "H. L. L., H. L. Leonard Rod co, Makers" in the cartouche.
