Beautiful Old Bentwood Bowl (Formerly a Basket) drawings on ledger paper perfectly framed by the cutoutIt took me a little help to figure it out, but surely this bowl was once a basket there is a one remaining piece of the handle on the interior of one side, cut cleanly to the height of the bowl, and two nail holes visible on the opposite side, where the handle would have ended. I find it very beautiful in its current state though, with the angled grain of the wood where the end lap perfectly complementing the outwardly angling form of the bowl. I
