He mentored under Frank Wire who built rods from the 30s to the 60s. It's extremely hard to find his rods on the resale market. This one is 7 1 2 feet long with two sections and two tips, both having sets in them. I would recommend a 5 wt line. Super Z type ferrules are size 13 64 with a good fit.
