Komos Anejo Reserva Tequila - 750ml 2015 289 cases madeAged a minimum of 12 months in French Oak and Sherry casks. The nose has the distinction of a high end Cognac, and the experience of the palate is reminscent of the balanced elegance of Sauternes, showing the earthy depth of mature agave. Resounding flavors of mocha, tofffee, date, and dried apricot march alongside a tingle of white pepper and vegetal element. A deep rooted woodsy and floral component is so appealing on the finish.
