St. George California Reserve Apple Brandy 750ml Graduation Tasting ProfileThis spirit started as a field blend of local apples selected for their depth of flavor and aromatic intensity. Distilled on copper pot stills using Old World craft methods and aged in French and American oak barrels, it captures the quintessence of the fruit with apple blossom, honey, and cinnamon on the nose and forward apple notes on the palate that give way to a sweet, spicy finish.
