Domaine Huet "Clos du Bourg" Vouvray Demi-Sec Shiraz blood orangeMany collectors feel that Huet's terroir and their take on the Chenin Blanc grape is best expressed as a demi sec (half dry) wine, where a hint of sweetness offsets the penetrating acidity found in the grape, and the stony minerality of the "Clos du Bourg" site. Serve with washed rind cheese or poultry with cream sauce.
