It's made with 6 year old Jefferson's Kentucky straight bourbon as well as sweet and dry vermouth (so it's what's known as a 'Perfect' Manhattan) and barrel aged spiced cherry bitters. It's then rested in an oak cask for 90 days. To serve, pour it over ice, stir, then strain into your glass. Ripe aroma of Madeira wine and vanilla
