One of the clear panels to one side has a small crack (please see photographs) but this is not particularly obvious from a distance and does not detract from the piece

The stopper has a small chip to the bung (please see photographs) but otherwise also remains in a very good condition

The inkwell features the original finely moulded horses

Full Catalogue One of the clear panelsA very attractive late 19th century giltwood and bevelled glass three leaf folding screen, likely French in origin. The screen has three hinged leaves and 28 individual bevelled glass panels, each set in a giltwood frame above a woven silk panel of oriental design which views the same from both sides. There are some minor signs of wear commensurate with age to the giltwood such as to the top of the left panel and nibbles to the extremities in places
