Novita Sangiovese 2012 with subtle spicy notesSangiovese vines find their ideal, natural habitat in the hilly districts of Romagna with their clay and stony soils. Novita Sangiovese uses fermentation in stainless steel maceration on skins for 7 days to extract good colour and flavour. After extraction, the wine rests in tank for five months prior to bottling. The result is a wine of ruby appearance showing ripe berries on the nose. The palate is smooth with juicy redcurrant and raspberry fruit
