Petilia Campania Falanghina 750ML 2017 and delicate tanninsThis white wine from the Campania Petilia winery, made from pure falanghina grapes, is produced from relatively young vineyards at an altitude of around 450 m above sea level on clay soil. After harvesting in the last week of October, the grapes are softly crushed, followed by fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The final stage of refinement requires bottle ageing for about 4 weeks.
